Our samples give an understanding of the colours, textures, and details of our rugs, so get in touch with our team to order.

This is how the sample process works:

• Each sample is crafted to scale, offering a glimpse of the rug's design through a small section of its full design.
• Shipping is charged at £45 for European deliveries and £85 for worldwide.
• To request a sample internationally, we kindly ask for a deposit of £150. This will be fully refunded (excluding delivery) once the sample is returned to our studio.
• To request a sample in the UK, we may ask for a deposit for certain designs. Our team will let you know when you enquire.
• If you'd like to keep one, we also offer 20 x 20cm samples which you can request directly: studio@pelican-house.com
• For your convenience, a complimentary returns label will be included, making it simple to send your sample back to us.
• Due to the handmade nature of our designs, we have a limited number of samples available.
• For samples made-to-order it will take 6 weeks.
• We ask all samples to be returned within 3 weeks. If you need to extend, then please contact us directly to ask.
• Please note you can request a maximum of 5 samples at one time in the UK and 3 samples internationally.
