DELIVERY & RETURNS

Lead Time
All our rugs are made to order and the production time is 2 - 5 months, depending on the craftsmanship. See ‘Rug Information’ section for lead time. They can be fast tracked if you really need to hit a deadline with a fast track fee. We are able to do this by offering priority shipment from India.

Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available on all orders and we will give you an estimate for shipping upon receipt of your order.

Returns
We are happy to accept returns of standard size and colour rugs purchased online within 7-days (returned at buyer’s expense), as long as it is in its original condition.

Returns are not possible on any custom items as these are tailor-made to your specifications. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is returnable before ordering and get in touch if you have any questions!
