Please read and understand the Terms and Conditions below before placing an order. These Terms and Conditions of Trading (‘Agreement’) apply to all sales between Pelican House and our subcontractors (‘us/we/our’) and the Customer (‘you/your’) in relation to all sales of goods and services

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All prices will be valid on our written quotations for 30 days from the date of issue.

A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.

Our prices are quoted EX VAT and the customer would then be responsible for any other shipping duties and taxes on purchase. 

1. All prices on the website are in Pound Sterling (£ GBP). These prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Payment for all goods must be made in advance at the time of ordering.

2. All products will remain the property of Pelican House until the rug has been paid in full.

3. For custom orders please note; a 50% deposit is required to put the rug into production and then the remaining balance is required prior to delivery and/or installation.

4. Any bank charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

All delivery dates and lead times are only estimates and subject to change from time to time. We accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. 
All of our products are handmade, and rugs can vary in size by up to 10cm in width or length from the size shown. If you require a specific size please contact us directly at
Custom prices are subject to 15%-20% custom surcharge (for additional artwork and production resources). Artwork illustrating your custom design at scale will be agreed post purchase. Due to the handcrafted nature of this product, the final colour and dimensions may differ slightly from those specified. All Custom items are non-returnable as they are commissioned items made only to your specifications. Please note larger sizes may take longer to make than our standard lead times.
All products are sold subject to the specific product description. All reasonable care is taken by Pelican House to ensure the product details and description are accurate when they are entered on to the system. All finished products are handcrafted and as such may have inconsistencies, variances in colour, shade, pattern, or size within tolerance of their technique. 
Some of the images shown are for illustration purposes only, occasionally the description may not be a true reflection of the goods purchased. Many products are photographed or shown with additional props, these are not included in the sale of the product. 
You are entitled to cancel your order provided you do so within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
